Customer Support helpdesk is only available to premium users, please consider signing up for a premium feature to be able to contact us. Regardless of your status as a customer we have zero tolerance for harassment, verbal abuse, threats and rude behaviour. Any user contacting us and exhibiting such behaviour will be automatically banned from our support system. Any threats or harassment will be reported to the police along with your data that will be handed over to the authorities immediately without further notice.
We don't provide refunds, all sales and subscriptions are final.
